Ukraine has every opportunity to become not only a global manager of innovation processes but also a global centre for technology transfer.
To begin with, it is necessary to build a national system for promoting innovation and attracting investment (SPI - System for Promoting Innovation), which in 10-20 years can transform Ukraine from an agro-industrial state into a global centre of innovation and technology transfer.

- Intelligence is the greatest achievement and wealth of our civilisation. And Ukrainians have an excellent gene palette for successfully solving any problem
- Secondary and higher education are gradually transforming, turning knowledge into a direct and immediate tool for people's self-realisation and the emergence of a nation of self-sufficient people.
- Science will receive a new impetus for its development, and the importance of academic and industry sciences will increase significantly
- Employment opportunities for socially vulnerable groups (disabled people, pensioners, women on maternity leave, the unemployed, etc.) will increase significantly.
- Managing the flows of demand for innovation and supply of innovation will inevitably lead to the creation of a network of technology transfer companies
- The steady development of the IT sector of the economy will make the country a leader in the global IT industry and will significantly influence the formation of a positive image of Ukraine abroad
