1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 This document is an official proposal (public offer) of the International Charitable Foundation for Technological Development of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation"), acting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, for voluntary charitable donations from individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Donors").
1.2. The Offer is open and unlimited, unless otherwise provided by the Fund.
1.3. The Benefactor accepts this offer by transferring a charitable donation in any of the ways provided for in this document. Acceptance of the offer means that the Donor has read and agrees to all its terms and conditions.
2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
2.1. The subject of this offer is a voluntary irrevocable transfer of funds by the Donor to the Foundation to achieve the statutory goals, namely, to support and develop technological initiatives in Ukraine.
2.2. The donor independently determines the amount of the donation and the method of its transfer.
3. PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CHARITABLE DONATIONS
3.1. A donor can make a donation in one of the following ways:
- through the payment system specified on the official website of the Fund;
- by bank transfer to the Fund's details;
- in other ways determined by the Fund.
3.2. Charitable donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1 The Foundation undertakes to use the funds received exclusively for the implementation of its statutory purposes in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
4.2. The Fund shall have the right to:
- independently determine the use of charitable donations received;
- change the terms of this offer without prior agreement with the Benefactors by publishing the relevant changes on its official website.
4.3. The Donor has the right to:
- receive information on the use of charitable funds;
- contact the Fund with proposals and questions regarding its activities.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1. All disputes arising in connection with the execution of this offer shall be resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. The invalidity of any provision of this offer shall not affect the validity of its other provisions.
5.3. The Offer shall become effective from the moment of its publication on the official website of the Fund and shall be valid indefinitely.
