To implement the project, it is necessary:
- Conduct a survey of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Education and Science on innovative proposals and requests for innovation in the course of scientific activity. At the first stage, collect at least 2000 questionnaires with a description of patents and technologies.
- Conduct a survey of at least 1000 engineers industrial enterprises for the initial formation of a flow of requests for innovative needs of enterprises to improve (upgrade) production.
- Create a module for targeted delivery of Requests to relevant scientists and departments of the NASU and MES) and a module for communication with customers
